1. Marcus Smart

You would be hard-pressed to find a more valuable role player than Marcus Smart. Across the years, Smart has developed into a productive combo-guard for the Boston Celtics and has become an integral part of their team’s success.

Smart is capable of doing it all. He can defend multiple positions, rebound the ball, create plays and even score to a certain extent. He is like a mini Draymond Green, possessing the same grit and grind attitude that makes Green so effective.

This season, Smart is putting up 13.5 points, 4.8 assists and 3.8 rebounds per game. He is a major reason as to why the Celtics are a top-three team in the East and could be of huge help to the Warriors title hopes next season.

Smart would likely fill the same role as Andre Iguodala. A savvy bench player who can be trusted in big moments. The Dubs should make a serious push to trade for Smart this summer.
