The Golden State Warriors were the best team in the NBA for five straight years and could return to being the West’s most-feared team this upcoming season.

But, it will take more than just the return of Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson. While those two will make the team one of the best in the West, they’ll need more to take their team to yet another level.

They must find a way to further improve their roster as mighty threats in the West that weren’t there throughout the last few seasons have mounted. Both teams in Los Angeles pose ginormous threats to the Warriors’ kingdom.

While Curry and Thompson, the two All-Star guards who combined for just five games so far in the 2019-2020 season, will make the team a top-tier playoff contender with their return, actually being one of the favorites to win the NBA Finals is a different story.

Even without help, they likely won’t be on the same tier as the teams in Los Angeles; however, they could easily improve their roster as they have loads of top-tier draft picks capable of being dealt along with a slew of up-and-coming players.

That said, let’s dive into a few of those fan favorites that certainly could be dealt before the commencement of next season.
