1. New Orleans Pelicans

It’s almost unbelievable how lucky the New Orleans Pelicans were last summer. With Anthony Davis putting immense pressure on the franchise to trade him, they managed to come away with the best possible scenario.

Not only did the Pelicans receive a monster package in return for Davis but they landed the number one pick in Zion Williamson. The new trio of Williamson, Lonzo Ball and Brandon Ingram is a great young squad but Ingram may be on his way out soon.

It’s already been stated that the Pelicans aren’t interested in giving Ingram a max contract. The first time All-Star is having a phenomenal year but has had his shine diminished by Williamson’s arrival.

As a result, the Warriors could ship Andrew Wiggins to the Pelicans and an additional first round pick in a sign-and-trade deal to bring in Ingram. This works for both teams as Ingram will take on a pure scoring role in Golden State while Wiggins can feel more comfortable with less pressure in a rebuilding environment.
