6. Killian Hayes (G – Ulm)

Strengths:

Drawing comparisons to James Harden, it’s safe to say Killian Hayes is an electric offensive weapon. He can score from every spot on the floor and has a lethal 3-point shot off the dribble. Hayes averaged 12.8 points in the EuroCup and has great potential to be a combo guard with his 6’4″ frame.

Weaknesses:

Hayes needs to drastically improve his handle with his right hand. He is a great playmaker coming off his left but is limited when forced to his other hand. Hayes also needs to continue growing as a scorer and live up to the lofty expectations he has been given.

Outlook:

The Golden State Warriors aren’t in dire need of a high scoring point guard with Stephen Curry already on the roster. Nonetheless, Hayes could be a spark plug with the second unit and learn from Curry as he potentially carries the torch for the next generation of Dubs basketball.
