Cons

One of the biggest concerns surrounding Killian Hayes is his off-hand. He is phenomenal at playing to his strong left hand but becomes limited when pushed to his right. He isn’t capable of making certain plays with his off-hand and this will restrict him in the NBA.

Hayes also isn’t an impressive athlete. He doesn’t have blazing quick speed or a high vertical leap. This could be an issue in a league filled with the world’s greatest athletes.

In the right situation, Hayes can hold his own defensively. However, he could quickly be exposed if he lands on a weak defensive team that isn’t able to hide him as much on this end of the floor.

Of course, Hayes also needs to prove he can make the jump offensively. He has shown all the potential in the world but will need to continue to improve as a shooter and finisher around the rim.
