Conclusion

The Golden State Warriors might be able to bring the best out of Killian Hayes. They can offer him a perfect role model in Stephen Curry and give him all the time he needs to develop with the second unit.

Hayes won’t be asked to carry the team at any capacity and this could prove to be helpful for the unpolished guard. If he can succeed at leading the second unit he will soon find himself as a valuable member of the Warriors.

There is a reality in which Hayes becomes a spark plug scorer off the bench for Golden State. However, he will have to accept his role and remain patient as his usage will likely be limited.
