The Golden State Warriors don’t need to wait for the 2020 NBA Draft to notice they have young talent on their world-class roster.

There’s no denying this season hasn’t gone exactly as the Golden State Warriors had planned.

Many things could’ve prevented their 15-50 record. As the only team not in playoff contention with the season currently suspended due to concerns related to COVID-19, the Warriors will be looking at a top pick in the 2020 NBA Draft, which is one of the only silver linings of the season.

There were many, but not too many as an injury to superstar Stephen Curry in the fourth game of the season derailed what could’ve been a playoff roster, especially if Klay Thompson returned later in the season as he was projected to.

While those didn’t pan out, this coming season should be much more appealing to fans. Thankfully, the Warriors also have quite a bit of young talent on the roster. Players like Kevon Looney, Marquese Chriss, Damion Lee, and many others have yet to hit their peak.

That’s a plus for a Warriors roster that will eventually watch their long-time leaders age. Curry, Thompson, and Green need to help install the next wave of Warrior legends, and they may already bee on the team.

That said, let’s dive into the three players with the most potential on the team’s current roster.
