Montrezl Harrell

The center from Virginia showcases a 61.4% career shooting average. For Harrell, efficiency is everything. He’s an up-and-coming center that will request a huge salary given the intangibles he brings to an organization.

Needless to say, Harrell will outwork you.

That’s how he’s made a career in the NBA after playing his collegiate ball at Louisville. After averaging 3.6 points per game to start his career, Harrell has exploded these past two seasons, averaging over 15 points per game and up to 18.6 this past season.

He’s going to command a max-value contract so it’ll be interesting if the Warriors are the team he’d take a discount for. While there are quite a bit of things on the court that Harrell can’t do well like shoot from deep and protect the rim, his tenacity puts all of those to shame.

Harrell is only 26 years old and will have a long and prosperous NBA career as long as he can stay healthy. He’d be a terrific fit for the Warriors, but some other team will likely offer him significantly more money.
