5. Jae Crowder

A few years ago, Jae Crowder was seen as an elite wing that helped propel the Boston Celtics to the top seed in the Eastern Conference. He was a lockup defender and a sniper from the 3-point line. A failed experiment in Cleveland led to a nearly three-season drought for Crowder who is just now getting himself back on track in Miami.

Crowder has played just 13 games for the Heat but is already looking better than he has since Boston. Playing almost 30 minutes off the bench each night, Crowder is notching an average of 11.9 points and 5.8 rebounds. Along with former Warrior, Andre Iguodala, Crowder is working to make the Heat one of the most versatile defensive teams in the association.

However, he would be much more effective with the Warriors as the Heat have a limited ceiling with no real superstar on the roster. Plugging Crowder into the Dubs’ system and allowing him to act as the new Iguodala is an easy path to a championship. This alone should encourage Crowder to consider joining the Dubs.
