Shooting

Kelly Oubre Jr. should be a top target for the Warriors because of his shooting. He’s continued to improve his shooting from when he entered into the league, peaking during his most recent stint with the Suns.

Oubre Jr. shot 35.2% from downtown this season. From the field, he was at 45.2%. Both were career highs for the 24-year-old in his sixth season. Those should be expected to steadily increase as he continues to mature in the league.

For being a sleeky, athletic forward, Oubre’s 45% from the field actually is reasonably impressive. With Golden State and the looks he could get in the Bay Area, Oubre Jr. could take his game to another level.

Oubre Jr. is a shooter, and he could fill a void the Warriors need at the three. Another sharpshooting Warrior that has a lengthy wingspan could benefit the team and his shooting would certainly be a benefit.
