3. Davis Bertans

The first player on our list is a bit of a stretch in every sense of the word. Though he is a little older (27) to be considered a member of the young core, Davis Bertans is the best stretch big in the league.

Only Duncan Robinson drilled more catch-and-shoot 3-pointers this season and Bertans and the two stand as the only forwards in the league to connect on over 40 percent of their 400+ total 3-point attempts.

Bertan is averaging 15.4 points and 4.5 rebounds for the Washington Wizards. His threat as a shooter has been one of the Wizards only saving graces this season as he has posted a higher Offensive Rating than even Bradley Beal.

The Warriors are an obvious fit for a player of Bertans’ skillset.  He would have to take a bit of a pay cut to sign with the Dubs but with the current pandemic affecting every team in the league, there is a possibility Bertans is interested in a one-year deal.
