The Golden State Warriors are going to prompt shooting this offseason, and if all else fails, they could find a few sharpshooters in the free-agency market.

There’s no denying the 2019-2020 season was a tough one for the Golden State Warriors. Not included in the NBA’s 22-team restart, Dub Nation will watch their team’s streak of five straight Finals come to an end.

However, the Warriors will be able to improve drastically this offseason. The only real improvement they need though is a fully healthy Klay Thompson and Stephen Curry, two players that combined for five games last season.

With a $17.2 million Andre Iguodala-created trade exception and a mid-level exception at their disposal, the Warriors will be able to bring in some talent. They’ll reportedly also consider trading their guaranteed top-five first-round pick.

Internally, one way they plan to improve is to enhance their forward’s shooting — rookie Eric Paschall in particular.

Via NBC Sports Bay Area’s Drew Shiller, Kerr revealed on The Athletic’s David Aldridge and BIG Wos on the “Hoops, Adjacent” podcast that “a big part of the offseason is really trying to get those guys back in a consistent mode with their 3-point shooting.”

Kerr wants to play lineups with all five guys, both bigs and guards, shooting. That said, if he doesn’t think that can happen with Paschall or Green, he could snag a sharpshooter in free agency. Here are three to consider.
