5. Bojan Bogdanovic

The Utah Jazz are facing a harsh reality after the fallout between Donovan Mitchell and Rudy Gobert. Their relationship became rocky following the COVID situation, leaving the franchise with a valid reason to start a firesale and begin retooling this roster.

This opens up a perfect avenue for the Golden State Warriors to target Bojan Bogdanovic. By offering their 2020 NBA Draft pick and another player to balance contracts, the Dubs might be able to take advantage of the Jazz’s situation.

Bogdanovic is a 31-year old forward who plays a valuable role for the Jazz but could be easily replaced by Joe Ingles. Swapping Bogdanovic for a top prospect to pair with Mitchell and take the franchise in a new direction would be a great move for Utah.

Meanwhile, the Dubs add a veteran shot creator who has made strides as a playmaker recently. Bogdanovic averaged 20.2 points and 2.1 assists last season and would thrive as a secondary ball-handler to play within the Warriors offense.
