Patrick Patterson

The Golden State Warriors need frontcourt depth, and while Patterson wouldn’t be the most attractive addition, he would provide some depth and shooting. Knowing that shooting will be a priority for the Warriors, taking a look at Patterson makes sense.

On the season, Patterson is averaging 4.9 points per game on just under 12 minutes. While that doesn’t sound overly exciting, Patterson is averaging 13.9 points per 36 minutes which would be good for the second-best of his career.

Also, Patterson is averaging 3.3 threes per 36 minutes on 39% from the field. He hasn’t been able to get too much involvement in the Clippers offense, but he’s proven enough when given the minutes to make him a player to watch.

If he can thrive in the bubble, the Warriors should take close note and look into bringing him in. On a veteran’s minimum contract, Patterson would be an ideal addition for both his shooting and his price tag.
