Warriors Draft: First-round talents at 48 — Zeke Nnaji, University of Arizona

Zeke Nnaji, the 6-foot-11 forward/center combo from the University of Arizona would be the PERFECT second-round addition to the Golden State Warriors. The big man position in Golden State has been a revolving door for years, and he could be the stability that they have been looking for.

Nnaji is only a freshman and has a long way to go, but if his first-year stats are any indication, he could be a star in the NBA. Nnaji averaged 16.1 points, 8.6 rebounds, and 0.9 blocks last season with the Wildcats.

Again from Matt Norlander from CBS Sports:

"“He achieved several PAC-12 accolades including nominations to the all-freshman team and the all-conference team. He was also voted the PAC-12 rookie of the year. The ceiling is the limit, especially with the Warriors. He was pretty good pretty quickly at Arizona, then hit a little slump, was coached up, and within three games in mid-December basically improved in every area and remained consistent. Terrific battery, improved rim-runner.”"

There are several ways that the Warriors could go with the No. 48 pick. However, these three guys are players that could possibly go in the first round, but they are also players that could likely fall to the second round and that talent shouldn’t be passed up.
