1. Dagger over OKC

Words can’t describe what 2016 MVP Stephen Curry was like to watch live. This shot left the entire Chesapeake Arena speechless.

The Shot:

As if he was practicing alone in the gym, Curry nonchalantly pulled up from the logo to give the Warriors a late lead over the OKC Thunder. To be exact, Curry shot this one from 38 feet, less than 10 feet away from the half-court line.

Diffuclty:
Let’s see, pulling up from near half-court with the game hanging in the balance and an entire arena full of fans screaming at you. Oh, and a decent contest from Andre Roberson, one of the league’s premier wing defenders. This is about the most difficult shot possible.

Backstory:

This shot from Curry gave him 46 points and tied the NBA record for most 3-pointers in a game (12 at the time). Curry went on to win the first-ever unanimous MVP award and beat the Thunder in a thrilling seven-game series later in the year.
