16. Jeff Mullins

This Kentucky native spent twelve seasons in the NBA, ten of which were with the Warriors.

Jeff Mullins played with the San Fransisco Warriors for their last five seasons before they turned into the Golden State Warriors that we know and love today.

In addition to appearing in three All-Star games, Mullins was a member of the 1975 NBA Championship team. Mullins was a major contributor to this championship team as he played 17 playoff games and averaged 15.4 points per game during those playoff series.

Mullins had four straight seasons in which he averaged over 20 points per game.

His career both ascended and descended quickly as he went from 16.2 points to 8.2 to 4.8. It wasn’t a traditional slow ride in the sunset that we see in a good bit of players that score in such volume.
