22. Tom Gola

In his first season after being a top-five pick in the 1955 NBA Draft, the Warriors, with Tom Gola as the main contributor, won the 1956 NBA Championship.

Gola never averaged over 15 points per game in his career, but he was a force on the boards, averaging over ten rebounds per game during his time in the Bay Area.

Gola actually missed his second season in the league due to military service, something that seems very unlikely in the modern-day NBA. He came back and posted his first season with a double-double average.

After six full seasons in Golden State and part of a seventh, the team traded him to New York. He was there for three and a half years before retiring. Gola averaged 13.6 points, 10.1 rebounds, and 5.9 assists during his time with the Warriors.

With those strong averages and a ring to his name, Gola cracked our top 25 Warriors of all time.
