2. Kelly Oubre Jr. – Buy

After his season with the Phoenix Suns – give me all the Kelly Oubre Jr. stock you have to offer.

Oubre started his career as a semi-average player. He could score the ball in multiple ways for the Washington Wizards and he played with enough confidence on defense to hold his own against anybody. But – something shifted in Oubre when he joined the Suns – blossoming into a real threat on both ends of the floor.

The Suns are using Oubre as a complimentary piece to Devin Booker and it’s working perfectly. Oubre is averaging close to 20 points per game on an efficient clip of 45/35/78. His athleticism has been on full display – using his long arms to rack up 6.4 rebounds per game and become a threat on the offensive glass.

Oubre brings versatility that is valuable in today’s NBA. He can defend the perimeter, shoot the 3-ball, rebound at a good rate and finish around the rim. At 24 years of age, Oubre is definitely a player the Dubs should be looking to acquire with their $17 million dollar trade exception.
