Marco Belinelli

Belinelli has not necessarily had a bad career in the NBA, but after passing up his 34th birthday recently, his days are definitely numbered. Actually, we’ll take that back. For what he provides, Belinelli has had a terrific NBA career.

He’s not a high-flying, rim-rocking forward that can put 50 on you at any time.

He’s a methodical, smart player that typically has a low-risk and high-reward tagged with his name. This season in San Antonio, his play has declined to a level the Warriors shouldn’t be comfortable with. Yes, much of that decline may have to do with his lack of time as well.

However, at almost under five points per game, Belinelli must be better. But, it’s not just his scoring but also his defensive and shooting percentages. He’s shooting under 40% for just the third time in his career.

That’s his main weapon, and when that not on, it’s tough to find a reason that he’d fit with this Warriors team.
