5. Bojan Bogdanovic
The Golden State Warriors are planning on making Andrew Wiggins a consistent third scoring option that can score on the catch and create plays off the dribble. They can get all of this and more with Bojan Bogdanovic.
Last year with the Indiana Pacers, Bogdanovic emerged as a dual-threat on offense in Victor Oladipo’s absence. He shined as a creator at the wing position and was equally as efficient in catch-and-shoot scenarios.
This season, Bogdanovic averaged a career-high 20.2 points and 2.1 assists per game. He served as the Utah Jazz’s second-leading scorer and led the team in 3-pointers while shooting above 40 percent from deep. If it wasn’t for a season-ending injury keeping him out of the Orlando bubble, Bogdanovic would have been a pivotal member of the Jazz’s playoff run.
Bogdanovic would rain down 3-pointers with the Warriors. Though he isn’t a great defender – his potency on offense would add a nice flavor of versatility to the Dubs system. A package of Wiggins and their upcoming draft pick should be enough to acquire Bogdanovic if this is the direction Golden State chooses to go in.
