Now that we know the exact value of the Golden State Warriors 2020 NBA Draft pick, let’s examine some potential trades.

Man, the Golden State Warriors were excruciatingly close to walking away from the 2020 NBA Draft Lottery with absolutely zero complaints. They fell just one spot short of capturing the No.1 overall pick and securing maximum leverage in trade talks. But, the second spot in the order will do just fine.

The Minnesota Timberwolves lucked out and will get first pickings in the upcoming draft. It seems pretty certain they select Anthony Edwards with this pick as the two-way guard has the perfect style to complement D’Angelo Russell and Karl-Anthony Towns.

Where does this leave the Dubs? It was already reported that Edwards was at the top of their big board. With him off the table, does this mean they will delve deeper into trade discussions?

The second overall pick is definitely worth a sizeable return. Combine the pick with a few other assets and there are plenty of options out there on the market. Let’s look at eight of the most realistic trades they can pursue, in order from worst to best.
