Sacramento Kings

The Sacramento Kings have what they need to be a solid NBA team. With Buddy Hield and De’Aaron Fox on the roster, they have young talent.

This team is still a few pieces away though, and they could get at least one of them with the Warriors’ No. 2 pick. The Kings have the 12th pick in the draft, so it should be assumed any deal would be bringing that back to Golden State.

For the Warriors, they could look to also bring back a protected 2021 first-round pick or Cory Joseph, a player that would be a very solid backup point guard for Golden State.

It may be tough for this deal to get done as Sacramento doesn’t have too many pieces they’d give up that’d take Golden State to that next level. However, they could use an Anthony Edwards or a Deni Avdija, a player ESPN said could be the draft’s most “polarizing” prospect.

The Kings have the reasons to get the pick, but the better question is would they be willing to part with what it takes to bring it in.
