Number Three: Ky Bowman

Ky Bowman is a 6-foot-1 point guard for the Golden State Warriors who spent his rookie season with the team this past season.

Just like Damion Lee and Juan Toscano-Anderson, Bowman also has a partially guaranteed clause in his contract which could lead to him being dealt or released before the upcoming season.

Unlike Juan Toscano-Anderson, Ky Bowman actually showed he has some legitimate potential to play in the NBA.

The rookie played in 45 games last season and didn’t shy away from making flashy plays. Bowman, 23, recorded 7.4 points per game, 2.7 rebounds per game, and 2.9 assists per game while shooting just over 41 percent from the floor and nearly 83 percent from the stripe.

He was upgraded from a two-way deal, but the Warriors are still prioritizing a backup point guard in free agency, showing they may not trust him to lead the second unit.

That means that Bowman will still however be released depending on what the Warriors do with the number two overall pick in the 2020 NBA Draft.
