Rudy Gobert

There was a little bit of buzz before that the bubble that the Jazz may look to deal Rudy Gobert after his relationship with teammate and the franchise’s clear star of the future Donovan Mitchell was ruined by Gobert’s disrespect for Covid-19, endangering the entire team.

Mitchell was “extremely frustrated” with Gobert. However, if you’ve watched the Jazz in the bubble, it’s clear the two have been on the same page as Gobert has returned to his typically dominant self.

Gobert for Green seemed like a solid deal for both sides. The Golden State Warriors may have had to give up quite a bit more for Gobert who just failed to complete a Defensive Player of the Year threepeat.

With Gobert and Mitchell’s relationship doing well and James Wiseman in the draft along with Green continuing being a strong voice in the Warriors franchise, it’s doubtful that Gobert is worthy of his trade value.

These seven superstars would make the Warriors a much better team and arguably Finals favorites, but don’t buy into rumors surrounding them to Golden State this offseason.
