9. Phoenix Suns

Kelly Oubre Jr. took a leap in his development this year and it helped bring the Phoenix Suns to the brink of reaching the playoffs. Though he wasn’t involved in their 8-0 bubble run, he was responsible for their semi-successful regular season before the break.

Oubre averaged a career-high 18.7 points on 45.2 percent shooting. His athleticism was on full display throughout the year, punishing the rim and opponents foolish enough to jump with him. But, his greatest improvement was his shooting, where he was on pace to break his personal record for single-season 3-pointers.

There is no question the Warriors would love to add Oubre. He is only a year older than Paschall and has already shown more potential. Furthermore, his advantage as a shooter makes him more enticing to the Dubs’ offensive scheme.

But, would the Suns be willing to part ways with Oubre? Perhaps their run in the bubble without him will encourage them to complete this deal for a top-two pick and a young asset in Paschall.
