Victor Oladipo is reportedly ready to leave Indiana. Here are three ways the Golden State Warriors can trade for the star.

We’ve been hearing rumblings of frustration from Victor Oladipo for awhile now. But, the Golden State Warriors thought they would have to wait until he became a free agent in the 2021 offseason to have a real chance at acquiring the star.

Now, it seems that the opportunity might come sooner than expected as Jared Weiss of The Athletic subtly mentioned Olaipo is looking to be traded this offseason (subscription required). Weiss casually named Oladipo as a potential trading candidate for the Boston Celtics, stating that his sources have told him the star is looking for a change of scenery.

Oladipo was blooming as a superstar in the 2018 NBA Playoffs when he pushed LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers to the brink in Game 7. However, an injury has set him back as he missed a majority of last season and averaged just 14.5 points in his 19 games back.

Still, Oladipo is an interesting prospect that the Warriors could target for a one-year stint to help secure their chances of winning a title next season. Let’s take a look at three ways the Warriors could steal Oladipo from Indiana.
