5. Cleveland Cavaliers – Issac Okoro, F

The Cleveland Cavaliers have two major needs – wing defense and 3-point shooting. Issac Okoro is capable of filling one of those gaps to a big degree.

Okoro is the best perimeter defender in his class. A long, quick-twitch athlete with great instincts and timing, Okoro can instantly improve Cleveland’s defense, which is heavily lacking due to their undersized backcourt.

The Cavs need to find a way to hide Collin Sexton and Darius Garland on this side of the floor. Drafting Okoro is a step towards accomplishing that.

As for his offense, Okoro leaves much to be desired. He is a strong finisher around the rim but doesn’t have much range outside of the paint. This will be the biggest thing holding him back from becoming a star.
