10. Will Barton

The Golden State Warriors will be looking to add talent at the wing position this offseason. Aside from the five, the forward spot is the biggest gap in their lineup and a point of emphasis heading into the 2020-21 season.

Will Barton is a player who might be worth targetting. Nicknamed ‘Will the Thrill’, Barton is a high-end athlete with speed and leaping ability. He can help the Warriors push the tempo and run in transition.

Last year, Barton averaged 15.1 points, just shy of his career-high. He filled an important role for the Denver Nuggets as a complimentary scorer next to Nikola Jokic and Jamal Murray. He can have a similar impact on the Warriors – only it’s likely he plays as the sixth man behind Andrew Wiggins.

Having Barton as a spark plug on the bench could be worth swapping picks with the Nuggets – who currently hold the No. 22 pick in the draft.
