Before the free agency frenzy begins, let’s look at the best centers the Golden State Warriors should be targetting.

The Golden State Warriors won’t have much time to catch their breath following the heavily anticipated 2020 NBA Draft. Just 48 hours after making a potentially dynasty-altering decision on draft night – the Warriors’ front office will have to shift their attention to free agency as the floodgates open for players to change locations.

Despite not having much cap space, the Warriors will be a hotbed for free agency rumors. Not only is the franchise located in one of the best cities in the country – but they also happen to be home to multiple superstars. The presence of Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson and Draymond Green is enough to attract quality role players looking to win a championship.

The Warriors have some massive gaps in the roster to fill before next year. We have already looked at a few guards they can target, but now let’s look at the best big men that could become available. After all, the only true center on the roster is Kevon Looney and his health has been a concern in recent years.

While Marquese Chriss has shown promise at the five – the Dubs would be better off adding some depth here just in case things go south. Here are the six best centers the Warriors can target with the MLE.
