New York Knicks — Mitchell Robinson

The Knicks second-round draft pick back in the 2018 NBA Draft, the 7-foot Mitchell Robinson should be on the trading block if the return is the No. 2 overall pick.

The Knicks currently have the No. 8 and 27 picks. It’s doubtful the Dubs could manage both for Robinson, but the No. 8 plus Robinson for the No. 2 seems possible. That said, Robinson would bring elite size and efficiency to the Warriors frontcourt.

During his second season in the league, he averaged 9.7 points, 7.0 rebounds and 2.0 blocks per game while shooting a league-high 74.2 percent from the floor. Robinson would likely be a more productive player in the Warriors starting lineup than Marquese Chriss.

While how much New York values Robinson is still unknown, it seems probable that they’d value a superstar like LaMelo Ball more. The Warriors could then drop and add a player they love like Tyrese Haliburton later in the draft.
