Orlando Magic — Nikola Vucevic

Another player the Golden State Warriors could easily target to improve their frontcourt woes is Magic center Nikola Vucevic. The 6-foot-11 center was the sole reason Orlando looked reasonably competent against Milwaukee in the postseason.

He averaged 28 points per game in the playoffs and 19.6 per game in the regular season. It was one of the best regular seasons of his career as he also brought down 10.9 rebounds and had a career-high 1.6 threes per game.

Vucevic is under contract until after the 2022-2023 season. It would cost more than just the team’s trade exception, so any deal would likely include the No. 2 pick and Andrew Wiggins, a deal that could be worthwhile for the Magic.

An All-Star in 2019, Vucevic’s best days may still be ahead of him. He’s 30, so the clock is ticking. There would be little kinks to work out in any deal, but Vucevic, given his range and ability to dominate in the paint, may be a star worthy of the team’s top pick.
