Portland Trail Blazers — Zach Collins

The Portland Trail Blazers have been so close to being a contending team on the back of Damian Lillard for quite some time. They’ve drafted several players that haven’t blossomed into all-out stars as well, one being Zach Collins.

For several picks, the Warriors should be able to bring in Collins. Collins is a solid young player, but neither team would go for a deal that just swaps two up-and-coming forwards.

Despite averaging a career-high 7.0 points per game, Collins’ ceiling is limited. He’s a terrific young player and a versatile defender. The former top-ten pick hasn’t been what Portland had hoped though.

Hopefully, he’ll get more opportunity this upcoming season.

For the Warriors, he’s a player that they could easily target for a few late-round picks, depending on how low his value gets. If he can improve his shooting like he’s shown he can, Collins could be a solid pick up.
