Toronto Raptors — Norman Powell

The Toronto Raptors are a team that likely won’t trade with Golden STtae. The Warriors may potentially get all they need from the Raptors in free agency as both Serge Ibaka and Marc Gasol are going to hit the open market.

This might be a spicy one for the Warriors to pull off though.

Powell almost doubled his scoring last season, going from 8.3 points per game all the way up to 16. When Kawhi Leonard left, the Raptors needed scoring, and while Pascal Siakam is a stud, it was Powell who really stepped up his game.

Within his scoring, Powell is an elite shooting, averaging 2.1 threes per game on 39.9 percent from deep. While he did average over three assists and rebounds per game, he’s not typically considered a high-level playmaker.

He’s set to make over $10 million this next season and over $11 million the following one which he’ll have a player option for. Powell is a long shot, and with a relatively unknown value, I wouldn’t expect much to solidify into actual rumors.
