Denver Nuggets — Will Barton

The Denver Nuggets are coming off an impressive postseason run.

With Michael Porter Jr. healthy and looking like the future of the three in the Mile High City, they need to find a future star, and if the Warriors could potentially return more in a three-team trade, Barton could be the perfect addition.

He’s a drastically underrated scorer. He neared a career-high 15.1 points per game this past season, shooting a career-high 37.5 percent from deep while also drilling 1.9 threes per game, the most of his career.

Barton could be brought in for the team’s trade exception as well. His value may not be that of the No. 2 overall pick, so figuring out a trade in which both teams are happy could be easier said than done.
