Most mock NBA Drafts are including potential trades. Let’s see what would happen if the Golden State Warriors sit put at No. 2.

Are you growing tired of seeing a new hypothetical trade every day? So are we. Let’s take the time to slow down and just consider what would happen if the Golden State Warriors stay with the No. 2 pick in the NBA Draft.

We’ve had to wait five months longer than normal but on November 18, we will finally see the 2020 NBA Draft take place. It sucks that this class isn’t as highly anticipated as some of the recent ones, but this has set us up for a more unpredictable lottery than ever.

No one seems sure what the top teams will do. Potential trades are being thrown around aimlessly as people attempt to predict what is going to happen on draft night. In reality, we might not see any moves at all. In the case of the Warriors, using this pick for their own benefit and looking to the upcoming free agency class as a way to add more talent might be their best option.

If this is the case, let’s do our best to guess what the top five picks will be. We will take into account each team’s biggest needs and gauge the best players available. This is our best prediction as to what the first few picks will look like on draft night, including what the Warriors will do if they hold onto the pick for themselves.
