P.J. Tucker

If the Rockets implode, both Tucker and Gordon will be available. While the Warriors may not be the highest bidder, the market for Tucker may be a bit drier than the market for a player like Gordon who is a proven scorer.

Tucker is one of the best rebounding forwards in the league. He’s a hard-nosed defender as well. That’s what made Houston a good spot for him as all he had to do was sit in the corner and shoot threes on offense while playing terrific defense on the other end.

That’s what Harden needed, and it could be something the Warriors need as well. Last season, Tucker averaged just 6.9 points per game. He did get 6.6 rebounds per game and neared 36 percent from deep.

Tucker likely won’t be dealt if Harden isn’t dealt, but if the firesale starts, the Warriors should put in their two cents for Tucker, a player that they could have play the three and create an elite defensive backcourt.

All three each could improve the Warriors, but with Oubre in the Bay, it seems unlikely any trade will happen.
