Serge Ibaka

One player that’s gaining quite a bit of interest from around many league circles is Serge Ibaka. While he’s a shooter as well, Ibaka made a name for himself as one of the league’s best shot blockers.

Once leading the league by averaging 3.7 blocks per game, Ibaka has transitioned from being a dynamic shot blocker to being a competent three-point shooter, having played the bulk of his career in Toronto and Oklahoma City.

He averaged 1.3 threes per game on over 38 percent from deep this past season. Three-point shooting is one of the main traits the Warriors frontcourt needs, and his percentages this past season were the best of his career.

Ibaka would be an elite option as a small-ball five. He’s that good as a shooter and a defender. While his interests may be drawn elsewhere, Golden State needs to get in on the actions they still need frontcourt help.
