Glenn Robinson III

The Warriors brought in Glenn Robinson III last offseason after his market tanked due to his declining play. The 26-year-old former second-round pick joined the Warriors and immediately found a home with the team’s second unit.

Robinson was eventually traded to the Philadelphia 76ers with Alec Burks for several second-round picks. While he didn’t play quite as well there, his stock has already soared which has created several suitors planning to eye the veteran forward.

With the Warriors, Robinson averaged 12.9 points per game. It was more than just hit scoring that should make him an interesting target.

As many saw last season, it’s his shooting that will make him an ideal addition. He shot 40 percent from deep with Golden State. He’s shot over 41 percent from downtown in a season as well, so it wasn’t just a fluck.

Robinson may be more of a veteran’s minimum player, but he’s going to be one of the hottest names still on the market, and given his 3-and-D nature and how he may replenish some of the hole left by Thompson, it may be a worthwhile addition for Golden State.
