Wiggins in a package for Giannis

Bucks receive: Andrew Wiggins, James Wiseman, 2021 first-round pick, Eric Paschall

Warriors receive: Giannis Antetokounmpo

The reason to target Giannis Antetokounmpo is obvious. He’s a two-time MVP, and the scary thing about his game is that he’s still finding ways to improve. However, with that comes the price tag which would far outweigh this deal.

Draft swaps, Wiseman, Wiggins, Paschall and potentially even more players would have to be on the table to even start the conversation. After all, Giannis is coming off a career year, averaging 29.5 points and 13.6 rebounds per game.

He’s that good, and he’d be worth it all and more.

There is a limit though, and it would almost certainly be Giannis who intiates the desire to be traded. For now, especially with Milwaukee’s desire to make him content, Antetokounmpo likely won’t be going anyway.

Verdict: Pursue

The Warriors should certainly pursue Giannis or Beal in trade talks, but it would seemingly be impossible for them to actually make any move for the starrs.
