2. Gerald Green

NBA journeyman, Gerald Green, has spent some time with many different playoff-contending teams throughout his 14-year career. Now that he is officially moving on from the Houston Rockets, could his next stop be in Golden State?

Green appeared in 73 games for the Rockets last season, acting as one of their most reliable bench players. He averaged 9.2 points on semi-efficient shooting, spending most of his time spotting up for 3-pointers in the Rockets’ wild experiment of playing with no center.

His athleticism has declined with his age, as to be expected. But, Green is still more than capable of running up and down the floor – matching much of what the Dubs will be looking to do this year with a new plan of attack.

The Warriors can use Green’s versatile presence on the wing and veteran experience. He’s been fairly durable for his career, something the Dubs will need after a season that was plagued with injuries.
