There’s no denying 2020 has been a crazy year for the Golden State Warriors. 2021 may get even crazier for a team off to a .500 start to the new season.

After a 15-win season last year, the Golden State Warriors set sail to improve a roster that was devastated by injury.

Sadly, shooting guard Klay Thompson, who has been a stronghold for the team for almost a decade, sustained another injury. Thompson was a five-time All-Star and one of the Warriors’ best players.

This past offseason, in order to help bounce back from the news of Thompson’s injury, the Warriors went out and added Kelly Oubre Jr. They also brought in Andrew Wiggins last season and then a plethora of other options this offseason.

Change hasn’t been uncommon for Golden State.

The Warriors have had quite a bit of player movement in 2020, including several big-time trades at the 2020 trade deadline and, even more, may come in 2021 as they look to retool their roster for a serious playoff push.

That said, let’s dive into who they may cut or trade along the way.
