Let’s face it, the Golden State Warriors stink and this entire season is already an absolute waste. Or, is it?

It’s hard to look at the first few weeks of play and feel confident that the Golden State Warriors are a playoff team. And, maybe they will miss the postseason again. However, we have plenty of reasons to think the Dubs aren’t as bad as they look.

Their record is the first indication that things aren’t so horrible. They have won 2-of-5 games thus far, which places them only one game back from the fourth seed in the Western Conference. Yes, it’s extremely early, but they haven’t fallen off the face of the earth just yet.

Where the problems arise is when you look at their three losses. While each defeat came to a superior opponent, it is a MAJOR concern that they lost each game by an average of 30 points. There isn’t much I can say to defend that or make it look better – the Dubs are simply outmatched right now.

Still, the Warriors have plenty of games left to play. Will they go through the entire season being this poor, or will they get better at some point? Here are three reasons to believe in the Warriors.
