The Golden State Warriors haven’t ruled out any additional trades this season – let’s look at the pros and cons of three potential deals.

Ah, trade season. While the official NBA trade deadline doesn’t happen for a few weeks, the blockbuster deal that included four teams and sent former league MVP James Harden to Brooklyn has us all in the mood for more trade talk. For the Golden State Warriors, the options are limitless.

The Dubs don’t have the best packages to offer – but they can compete with just about any trade offer in the NBA right now. With young talent like Andrew Wiggins, Kelly Oubre, Eric Paschall, Jordan Poole and James Wiseman (Though Wiseman is likely off-limits) plus a valuable upcoming draft pick and a stockpile of others – what else could a team ask for?

There are a few different franchises that could begin selling at the deadline. If this is the case, the Dubs need to be active. Though his current team looks good enough to be competitive, they need an extra kick to push them over the top. That kick could come in the form of Klay Thompson next season – or a new asset at the deadline.

It’s up to the Warriors if they are content with losing this year in hopes of making another push next season. But, as we’ve seen, it’s difficult to plan for the future. Why not go all-in while you still have Stephen Curry at an MVP level? Let’s take a look at the pros and cons of these potential deals.
