Let’s predict the statistical performances of the starting lineups for the Golden State Warriors vs. San Antonio Spurs marquee matchup on Wednesday.
The Golden State Warriors will look to continue their confident play against a Spurs team who is on a two-game win streak. The Warriors are coming off a huge win against the Lakers and would love to keep their momentum going.
Here are my statistical predictions for each teams starting lineup:
Point Guards: Stephen Curry goes off while Dejounte Murray is steady on defense
Stephen Curry: 38-7-9, 2 STL,12-25 FG, 7-18 3PT
Stephen Curry will have one of his many virtuoso-type games. Curry will erupt from the three-point line while still maintaining making plays for his teammates.
Dejounte Murray: 18-7-7, 3 STL, 2 BLK, 7-12 FG, 1-2 3PT
Murray will have an excellent game and displays his impressive defensive abilities. His length will be a problem for the Warriors to handle and will dominate in all aspects of the game. Murray will need a good game for San Antonio to keep their hot streak alive.
Shooting Guards: Andrew Wiggins maintains averages while Lonnie Walker IV is quiet
Andrew Wiggins: 16-6-2, 2 STL, 2 BLK, 6-16 FG, 1-5 3PT
Andrew Wiggins will be dominant on the defensive end but his offensive game will take a hit. The length and quickness of the Spurs defenders will make it tough for Wiggins to get into the lane.
Lonnie Walker IV: 6-8-2, 1 STL, 1 BLK, 2-8, 1-3 3PT
Lonnie Walker IV will be non-existent on the floor. He will be stellar on the glass and on the defensive end. His production will be limited on the offensive end due to the inadequate amount of usage rate.
Small Forwards: Kelly Oubre Jr. confidence continues to grow while Demar DeRozan is kept in check
Kelly Oubre Jr: 26-8-3, 3 STL, 1 BLK, 9-18 FG, 4-6 3PT
Kelly Oubre Jr will attack the rim and look to have back-to-back stellar games. He will knock down 4 threes, tying his season-high. Look for Oubre to be a pest on the defensive end tallying four defensive statistics.

Demar DeRozan: 18-8-4, 1 STL, 7-20 FG, 1 STL
DeRozan will struggle to get his shot as Wiggins and Oubre will look to shut him down. Although DeRozan has been solid thus far, he will struggle to find a rhythm against the tough interior Warriors defenders.
Power Forwards: Draymond Green on triple-double watch while Keldon Johnson maintains averages
Draymond Green: 10-11-8, 2 STL, 1 BLK, 3-5 FG, 1-2 3PT
Draymond Green will be all over the floor doing a little bit of everything. Green will be on triple-double watching filling up the stat sheet. The heart and soul of the Warriors squad will display his full arsenal.
Keldon Johnson: 15-8-1, 1 STL, 6-12 FG, 1-4 3PT
Keldon Johson will be his usual self on the floor. He will contribute on the glass and moderately on the offensive end. Keldon will have his hands full guarding keeping up with Draymond Green.
Centers: James Wiseman has a bounceback game while LaMarcus Aldridge shoots the lights out
James Wiseman: 16-10-2, 3 BLK, 5-9 FG, 1-2 3PT
James Wiseman struggled against the Lakers but redeems himself in this one. Wiseman exhibits his potential by showing his full skillset in a double-double performance while also adding 3 blocks.
LaMarcus Aldridge: 30-9-3, 1 STL, 3 BLK, 12-20, 4-8 3PT
Aldridge will shoot the lights out and play like his former all-star self. His mid-range game will be automatic and his length at the defensive end will be a problem.
