The Golden State Warriors defeated the. Timberwolves with a convincing victory. Their 22-point triumph was lead by Stephen Curry’s 36 points.

Former Timberwolves standout Andrew Wiggins took it to his old team. He notched 23 points while tallying on 6 defensive stats. His defensive effort has been noticeably increasing.

Kelly Oubre Jr. did a little bit of everything filling up the stat sheet. He put up a line of 14-6-4 while tallying on 1 block and 3 steals. Oubre’s strength is his all-around game. If maintains a solid effort on both sides of the floor, the Warriors would get their money’s worth as he was traded for a 1st and 2nd round pick.

Predicting the statistical performances for the startling lineups between the Golden State Warriors and Minnesota Timberwolves.

The Warriors will face the Timberwolves for the 2nd straight game and will look to sweep the 2-game set. D’Angelo Russell is questionable to play but we’ll have to assume he’ll be ruled out due to his quad contusion. Coach Ryan Saunders said there was swelling on the quad on they want to be extra cautious.

Malik Beasley led the Timberwolves with 30 points in their previous game. He will look to be their primary scorer once again with Russell sidelined.

How will Curry and his teammates play in the 2nd-leg of the Warriors-Timberwolves matchup?
