The Golden State Warriors will have several high-profile targets that may be on their radar, and one that they should consider is guard Victor Oladipo.

After an embarrassing loss to the Brooklyn Nets, the Golden State Warriors should understand that, while they’re going to be playoff contenders, they still have pieces of the puzzle to fill in in order for them to be true championship contenders.

But, it may be unlikely they go all out in order to make this team that good. The main reason behind their reluctance to make franchise-changing moves is really that Klay Thompson is sidelined with a max-level contract.

They have the talent on the roster. However, given how well Stephen Curry has been playing, the Warriors may want to capitalize on this type of season as he may be able to single-handedly take them to the conference finals.

If the Warriors do want to go out and get Curry some more help, Rockets guard Victor Oladipo should be a name discussed.

He was recently traded from Indiana where he spent three and a half years. Oladipo could easily be traded again as the Rockets may be looking at a rebuild in their near future after trading MVP-caliber guard James Harden.

That said, let’s dive into why the team should and should not take a look at the former two-time All-Star guard.
