As expected, the Golden State Warriors are finally recovering from a brutal year-long stretch of injuries and roster changes. The team is hitting their stride as of late while the supporting cast steps up and enjoyed a prolific run from Stephen Curry and Draymond Green.

Both Curry and Green are playing some of the best basketball of their careers. Curry is having a season on par with his unanimous MVP campaign and Green is managing to remain elite due to his vast understanding of the game.

Add in career-high numbers from Andrew Wiggins and some promising signs from Kelly Oubre to give the Warriors an optimistic outlook for the future.

The Golden State Warriors have a valuable NBA Draft pick they could trade and these five players just might be worth it all.

However, the Warriors don’t have to settle for what they have. Everything may be falling into place but it’s not too late to make one final move to solidify their chances of competing for a title. This current roster is nice – but will it hold up in the playoffs?

More concerning, how high is their ceiling once Klay Thompson returns? The team will undoubtedly be hoping for a championship next season – is the supporting cast strong enough to do this?

Thankfully, the Dubs have the option of mixing up the roster by using one of their upcoming first round draft picks. In particular, the Minnesota pick they acquired last season could be used to target one of these five players.
