Jordan Poole hasn’t appeared in many Golden State Warriors‘ games, though he has played a bit in the G League this season, along with others like Allen Smailagic and Nico Mannion. However, despite having NBA talent on their G League roster, The Santa Cruz Warriors have not had the best of season, but Poole has.

He is showing that he does belong in the NBA, and his talent speaks for itself. If any of you have watched any Santa Cruz Warriors games this season, you may see Jordan Poole getting buckets or Nico Mannion working on his craft.

The Golden State Warriors could be seeing Poole back on the big roster for the rest of the season

Players like Dusty Hannahs from Arkansas, who can shoot from anywhere, also are featured on the roster. However, amongst them all, they may be missing Jordan Poole for a bit due to his stellar play; he could find himself on the big league’s roster once again.

Anyone who has watched G League play in the bubble can see that Poole is far ahead of his peers and even his competition. He very well may be the best payer in the G League, if we are honest.

At 24 points a game, he leads the Santa Cruz Warriors in scoring over NBA talent like Jeremy Lin, Dusty Hannahs, and Nico Mannion. All of those guys are great, too but don’t even break the 20 point mark.

Jordan Poole, on the other hand, broke 20 points the other night in an NBA game. With Nico Mannion getting the start against the Pheonix Suns due to a homecoming appearance, Jordan Poole was the one who dropped 26 points in their loss.

A performance like that shows that Poole can contribute to the Warriors when he is needed. That’s not the only example we have seen of that either. He has done that a few times this season and did it a lot in the pre-season.

While, yes, it was a loss in a game without Stephen Curry, Jordan Poole still showed up and gave the Warriors something they did not have that night outside of him. If we see head coach Steve Kerr give Poole more playing time, some big things could happen in the near future.
