Here we go again. The NBA transaction deadlines are approaching and the Golden State Warriors are prime candidates to shake things up and make some moves before it’s too late.
After being relatively silent in transactions for the last five years (aside from signing you know who) the Dubs have ramped things up after losing (you know who) in a sign-and-trade with Brooklyn.
Since then, the Warriors have traded the likes Andre Iguodala and D’Angelo Russell while making countless other moves to sign enough players to fill out their roster. This season is sure to bring similar decisions as the Dubs are in desperate need of fixing.
Buyout season is nearly upon us. Let’s take a look at four different players the Golden State Warriors will potentially consider signing.
The Warriors are struggling and frustration is building. While it’s possible the front office sits tight and waits for Klay Thompson to return next season – they might want to act fast and find a way to repair things before throwing this year in the waste (Although, securing another draft pick isn’t a bad idea either).
We’ll see if the Dubs decide to make any trades but a more likely outcome is targeting one of these four buyout candidates. Let’s see which ones they should target in a quick game of pass or cash.
